Senator James Justice
Jim Justice came to the Senate after two terms as West Virginia's governor, and decades before that running Bluestone Coal, the Greenbrier resort, and one of the largest farming operations east of the Mississippi. He took over his father's coal business in 1993, sold part of it during a downturn, then bought it back in 2015 and reopened mines the new owner had shut down. He serves on the Senate Energy and Natural Resources, Agriculture, and Small Business Committees. Recent votes, sponsored legislation, and contact details for his office follow.
